On Saturday, U. S. Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis blazed a trail through the cities of Orange and Anaheim in support of organized labor candidates and Congresswoman Sanchez. Solis’ first stop was the Orange County Labor Federation’s lunch time rally at the IBEW Local 441 Union hall. Solis rallied the 475 volunteers on hand to continue their efforts for labor supportive candidates in Orange County.
Senator Lou Correa held a hearing of the Senate’s Local Government Committee in Santa Ana Wednesday on transparency in government. I was unable to attend but the Voice of OC’s Tracy Wood was.

Lucille Kring finally hit the mailboxes yesterday, but it was not even an introductory mailer, it was a hit piece on Lou Correa. I am working on getting ahold of the piece. That tells you something about the state of her finances when she has to start off hitting Lou immediately. Well the pro-Correa forces have struck back with www.idontlovelucy.com.

Pulido is allegedly the the endorsed candidate of the Democratic Party as decided by the party insiders who gush over Miguel more than a 14 year old girl at a Justin Bieber concert. I think they should finally hold him accountable and call on Miguel to re-iterate his support for keeping the 34th SD in Democratic Party hands.
