Ramirez to Open CA-40 Campaign Office Saturday — In Santa Ana — Not in the District

The Lisa Ramirez for Congress Campaign sent our emails inviting guests to the opening of her official campaign office for the new CA-40.  It’s this Saturday in Santa Ana, which is NOT in the District.

Here’s the copy from the Invitation:

I’m proud to invite you to our Field Kickoff this Saturday, February 28th.

I’m running for Congress to stand up to the abuses of power we’re witnessing across the country and to build a government that works for the people.

A majority of California Democrats are backing our race, and we need your help to build on that momentum and spread the word across CA-40.

If you’re interested in supporting, I would love to see you there. You can sign up using the link below.

Orange County Field Kickoff with Lisa Ramirez

Join Lisa Ramirez for Congress for our official Field Kickoff as we launch the next phase of our grassroots movement! Come meet Lisa, connect with fellow supporters, and help us organize to win in 2026.

Saturday, February 28, 2026 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 1913 E 17th Street Santa Ana, CA 92705

Lisa has spent more than two decades as an immigration attorney fighting for working families, defending civil rights, and standing up to abuses of power. Let’s gather together to support her by knocking doors, making calls, and building the momentum necessary to send a proven advocate to Congress.

When running for Congress as a carpetbagger, nothing shows a commitment to voters you need to get through the primary than a campaign office in Rep. Lou Correa’s district instead of any city in CA40.  It’s convenient for her with a short commute from her home and legal office, but good luck explaining to voters in Corona and Orange why you can’t be bothered to set up shop there.

  1. Once again, you misspell the candidate’s name [in the headline].
I an starting to wonder if you do this on purpose.
Either way, just demonstrates to the reader that you – Dan – are an idiot.
