President Trump’s mass pardon of the January 6 rioters remains a black eye in our history. These were not Patriots. They were insurrectionists seeking to overturn the results of a legitimate election.
What’s often overlook is the million spent to sweep the Capitol of any listening devices that could have been planted by our enemies. Republicans in the Senate were 10 votes shy of removing Trump from office which would have made him ineligible to run for President on 2024.
