Think About Tomorrow and Beyond

It’s been a tough night for many of us.  And its hard to believe Americans voted for hate and divisiveness.  But as I write this, Kamala Harris received nearly 20 million fewer votes than Joe Biden did.

Where did those voters go?

So let this election lesson humble us and steer us to a greater sense of hard work to push our ideas and priorities forward.  Use this outcome as a catalyst for great things yet to come.

  1. As Terry Bradshaw said during the George Floyd riots:
“We are a divided nation: Politically, Economically, Socially and Racially. It need not be that way”.

Let us remember that roughly half the population voted for Harris.

Useless rhetoric from partisan fools like Greg Diamond and Vern Nelson do little to help. Look at the damage these big mouthed losers leave in their wake.

  2. MAGA won the White House, the Senate, the House, and incredibly, the popular vote. Locally, Choi, who fundraised nothing, is soundly thumping Newman, who forgot what campaigning is. Min is losing. Tran is losing. HB council is now all MAGA. Maybe the awakening should be within the Dem party in OC. The leadership sucks. The platform is out of touch. And the purity tests are taxing good candidates. You lost Latinos. Reset and get back to fighting for working families, not just words but policy.

  3. Progress is a long journey. This moment calls on us to be even more united, resilient, and committed to the values we believe in: compassion, equality, and justice. For those who have lived behind the orange curtain, we know all too well how to survive this fight, how to keep pushing forward in the face of opposition. Together, we are a powerful counterforce to anything that threatens these ideals. There will certainly be challenges and moments that feel overwhelming, but there is strength in our numbers and in our voices. We will continue to life each other up, stay informed, and take concrete actions to protect the communities and freedoms we hold dear.

    With love and solidarity…

  4. Well, I have a new understanding of Vern Nelson. His wife published something that illustrates things PERFECTLY, Six voting age adults in a 650 SQFT apartment in an Anaheim Barrio, and only Vern and Donna vote…..

Way to go Vern At least you get FREE rent!
