all list 25 Enterprise in Aliso Viejo as their address.
I am very concerned about all the untrue statements being made by “Heritage Fields, LLC.
When I looked up the LLC on the Secretary of State website I found some very interesting facts.
The name Lennar (as in Lennar homes) comes up in the paperwork trail as a member of the LLC.
The LLC’s business is listed as a real estate business.
The addresses of six “Heritage _ – _ , LLC” show the exact same address in Aliso Viejo. They also share a “Foreign Agent” since the main company is in Delaware. https://corp.delaware.gov/index.shtml and then do “search for Entity”
This is on the LLC paperwork with the SOS office and is public.

There was a statement in the tiniest print on one ad saying Heritage Park El Toro, LLC and Five Points were in partnership. But it was at the very bottom and like font size -2. Are there no rules that must be followed?
