Orange County’s Firefighters Back Julio Perez for Assembly First Responders Say Julio Will Be Leading Voice for Firefighters and Law Enforcement in Sacramento
Santa Ana – Julio Perez today secured the endorsement of the Orange County Professional Firefighters Association, which represents 950 full-time, professional firefighters in Orange County.
“Our endorsement of Julio’s candidacy is based on the firm belief he will protect Californians and make public safety his highest priority,” said Tony Bedolla, director of governmental affairs for the Orange County Professional Firefighters Association. “Our support is hard-earned and well-deserved. We know Julio will be a leading voice for career firefighters and law enforcement personnel in Sacramento.”
The Orange County Professional Firefighters Association Local 3631 is the local affiliate for the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF). Their members provide regional fire protection to 23 cities and 1.5 million citizens in Orange County.
