Press "Enter" to skip to content celebrates its first election day! has only been around since April, so today is our first election day. For us, it’s like the superbowl.

Your polling location is open until 8 p.m. this evening. If you show up anytime before 8, you will be allowed to vote. If you do not know where your precinct is, check on your sample ballot or go to and click on polling places. The site will direct you to your zip code.

If there are any irregularities, or if anyone tells you that you are not able to vote, contact the registrar of voters: 714.567.7600.

I would also like to put a plug in for run by the League of Women Voters. Type in your address and zip code, select your party ballot and Voila! Your ballot appears with your polling place address at the top. If you can’t find any of your voting materials, this leaves you with no excuse.

Congrats! Enjoy election day. It’ll take a lot of coffee and no doze until we have a winner in this race.
